Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance operations, lead the maintenance team, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in multifamily property maintenance
  • At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Expertise in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair
  • EPA Universal or HVAC certification
  • Proficiency in diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
