Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor – Grove Loveland Apartments | Loveland, CO. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of the maintenance staff on site.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
  • 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications strongly preferred
