Role OverviewMaintenance Supervisor will oversee onsite maintenance team, work closely with Property Manager and onsite management team, and provide leadership and guidance to foster a productive team environment and achieve property maintenance goals.
What You Will Do
Deliver professional, quality services to residents, respond to service requests in a timely manner, and manage apartment turnover process for efficient resident move-ins.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Great people skills
- Thoughtful leadership skills
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- A strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi-family property maintenance
- HVAC experience and certification or willingness to obtain
- Proven experience managing staff and multiple projects
- Experience with working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms
- Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations
