Role OverviewLead all day-to-day maintenance operations for the community, supervise, train, and support maintenance team members, and maintain the property's grounds, buildings, and amenities.
What You Will Do
Complete and oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns, coordinate and manage outside vendors when needed, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.

2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience, EPA Type II or Universal Certification, strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience, and excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
