They will lead a team of maintenance professionals, manage compliance and preventive maintenance programs, and support the property's overall performance.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing maintenance team, providing ongoing training and supervision, and promoting a culture of safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional service. They will also oversee all building systems, implement and manage preventive maintenance and safety programs, and respond to emergencies.

Requirements
- EPA 608 / HVAC Certification
- 3–5 years of experience managing building systems in a student housing or multifamily setting
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance leadership role
- At least 2 years of experience managing building automation and safety systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
