Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, future residents, visitors, and team members. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Technicians to ensure that all aspects of the community are well-maintained.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Supervisor performs routine maintenance work orders, schedules team members, ensures OSHA and safety standards are followed, maintains accurate records, and interfaces with contractors and vendors.

Requirements
- Valid driving license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or an equivalent field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, and carry supplies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
