Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of our multifamily housing community by effectively managing maintenance operations, budgets, vendors, inventory, and staff. This role works closely with the Property Manager to maintain the physical integrity of the property while delivering exceptional resident service.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing and actively participating in the daily maintenance operations of the property, maximizing the interior and exterior appearance and condition of the community, maintaining all building systems, structures, grounds, and equipment, and supervising, training, motivating, and supporting maintenance team members.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Full-time maintenance experience or formal training in areas associated with maintaining residential buildings, equipment, and structures
- EPA/CFC Certification Levels I and II
- Knowledge of regulations and best practices regarding the handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience or experience in a similar leadership role
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
