Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team that keeps affordable housing communities safe, comfortable, and thriving. You will supervise operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
What You Will Do
You will manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules, as well as coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.

Requirements
- 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision
- HVAC certification
- Knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies
- High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)
