Role OverviewThe Service Manager plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.
What You Will Do
The Service Manager will accomplish the goal of providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment by performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs, preparation of vacant apartments, and removal of snow and trash.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, and excellent leadership, customer service skills, and general computer knowledge.
