Role OverviewThe Supervisor of Maintenance is a working team member who performs or oversees the activity of assigned staff and service contractors in the preventive and corrective maintenance of the building, fixed and portable equipment, minor construction, and equipment installation.
What You Will Do
Plans, develops, organizes and implements the day-to-day activities and functions of the Maintenance Department, provides leadership and functional direction to maintenance staff, and ensures all preventative maintenance programs for the building and facility are maintained.

Requirements

- 5 years of related maintenance experience
- Ability to lead project teams

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Proficient with MS Office tools, email, and able to learn new software tools
