Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Property Manager and provide guidance and direction to Maintenance Technician(s) and Porter(s) as applicable. The Maintenance Supervisor will have responsibilities for the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of apartment buildings assigned to them, which may consist of multiple locations and building types.
What You Will Do
Perform administrative work, ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and promptly, lead the maintenance staff, and oversee the 'make-ready' process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.

Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Three years of oversight of Maintenance Buildings and team members
- Valid driver's license
- Insured vehicle
- Ability to travel between properties
- Company-provided EPA certification within six months of employment
