Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily maintenance functions at assigned properties, ensuring the physical condition of the property meets management objectives. The supervisor manages a team of workers, maintains equipment, regularly inspects the sites, assigns workers to various projects, and completes work orders as necessary.

Maintaining the physical asset, overseeing resident and site work orders, being available for emergency issues, managing inventory control, and scheduling maintenance contractors.
