Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in high-rise condominium, HOA, or luxury residential properties
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- HVAC certification or advanced HVAC experience
- OSHA compliance certification or demonstrated safety leadership
- Cooling tower operation and maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life-safety, and building automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
