Requirements

- Ability to read diagrams, technical manuals, work orders, and safety documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Customer service mindset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
