Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the areas under their responsibility. This includes ensuring the safety, scheduling, supervision, training of their work force, prioritizing work requests, specifying parts, and completing proper job plans for the maintenance department. The Maintenance Supervisor must be able to use available metrics and data to continuously improve operations to achieve the Fort Smith plant operational goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include live and adhering to the Safety Culture of Zero Accidents, working collaboratively with Operations, Storeroom, Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and all other plant personnel, reviewing maintenance work for accuracy and completion, coaching team to enable team growth and development, maintaining costs within allowed budget, and coordinating the scheduling and planning of plant maintenance work.

Requirements
