Role OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide frontline maintenance teams, improve equipment uptime, and support larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth in our 600-person manufacturing facility in Roswell, NM. The successful candidate will invest in our people, our plants, and continuous improvement. The role requires a strong leader who can build, mentor, and develop a maintenance team through hands-on coaching, feedback, and technical learning.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will plan and schedule daily staffing to support production needs and reduce unplanned downtime. They will guide day-to-day maintenance work across production equipment, utilities interfaces, and plant facilities. The role involves building and mentoring a maintenance team, coordinating preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, and promoting clear communication and collaboration within the maintenance group and across departments.
