Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. They manage the property, perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of common areas and units. The successful candidate should be organized and have a strong maintenance background.
What You Will Do
Conduct business in accordance with company policies, perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect and maintain tools, manage and train maintenance technicians, and diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of pertinent laws, EPA and OSHA regulations, and have experience leading maintenance teams. They should also have excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage

- Prior Maintenance Management Experience Required
- Ability to Work On-Call Shifts
- Experience Leading Maintenance Teams
- Owns Personal Tools & Reliable Vehicle
- HVAC Certification & Experience Preferred
