Requirements
- HVAC certified
- 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- First-hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair
- Superior communication & customer service skills
