Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance technician team, ensuring quality and safety standards in our apartment community. The successful candidate will have experience in multi-family housing, drywalling, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The role involves miscellaneous maintenance, grounds upkeep, and janitorial work. The Maintenance Supervisor will work independently and in a team setting, with a focus on creating a great living environment for our residents.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead, train, and mentor the maintenance technician team, assign daily tasks, and ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards. They will also perform miscellaneous maintenance, grounds upkeep, and janitorial work, respond to work orders, and communicate professionally with residents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, time management skills, and experience in multi-family housing. A boilers license or willingness to get one, HVAC certification, and CPO certification are preferred but not required.
