Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with multi-family experience. The successful applicant will have verifiable work experience in the apartment industry in a maintenance position. The role involves hands-on maintenance of the community, including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartments and other interior/exterior areas.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include responding to resident service requests, preparing market-ready apartments, training and supervising the community maintenance staff, and performing various maintenance functions such as electrical installations, pool maintenance, and plumbing repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of verifiable hands-on technical work experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC, etc. and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- EPA or CFC Certifiable
- Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance
- Minimum of three years verifiable hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
