Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations while adhering to the established budget. This role combines hands-on repair work with team leadership, overseeing service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.

What You Will Do

Key duties and responsibilities include training and supervising the Maintenance team, completing and overseeing service requests, conducting unit inspections, performing general maintenance and repairs, and establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field required
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in student-style turn and turn preparation process preferred
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • HVAC Certification strongly preferred
  • CPO Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
