Role OverviewWe're looking for a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to maintain and repair hotel equipment with minimal downtime. The role involves juggling multiple tasks, paying attention to detail, and ensuring problems are solved proactively.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will make repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment, install and replace light fixtures, conduct scheduled inspections, and secure the building as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year's trade-related experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year's trade-related experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance
- Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours at a time and position oneself to repair things in hard to reach areas
- Ability to carry/lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend/twist, climb stairs, and ascend/descend a ladder
