Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor will assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at the Hampton Inn Fort Wayne. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairing equipment, and responding to alarms. The Maintenance Supervisor will work under the supervision of a manager and will be responsible for performing tasks as assigned.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including light bulbs, guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, and the swimming pool and hot tub. They will also perform plumbing repairs, laundry equipment repairs, and other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or related field, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. They will also have a licensed trade, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry. The Maintenance Supervisor will work weekends and holidays and will be responsible for following up on alarms and reporting to the Front Desk.
