Role OverviewAn Atrium Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at their community. This includes being a hands-on leader, working on maintenance requests while also training and managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and budget-conscious manner.

Ensure the completion of all service requests, supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians, inspect community continuously, and perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.

Requirements
- EPA Universal / HVAC certification is required.
- 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience maintaining older apartment communities and aging building systems
- Must be reliable, professional, and available for after-hours emergency on-call responsibilities.
- Experience managing work orders, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Fair Housing compliance.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver License.
