Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Supervisor at Conifer Realty, you'll lead a team that keeps affordable housing communities safe, comfortable, and thriving. You'll supervise operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
What You Will Do
You'll lead and train maintenance staff, manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.

Requirements
- 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision
- HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies
- High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)
