The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising support staff, maintaining open communication with office staff, and ensuring the completion of work requests within 24 hours.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Type I & II CFC refrigerant certification
- Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) designee or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Mechanical aptitude with 2+ years maintenance trade experience
- Good human relation skills
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to organize and problem-solve effectively
- Current driver's license and good driving record
