Role OverviewThe Harrison Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our multifamily community in Louisville, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong HVAC skills who is ready to step into a leadership role with a stable, growing organization.
What You Will Do
Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensure compliance with safety standards, complete service requests and unit turns in a timely and efficient manner, respond promptly to maintenance issues, and assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance and grounds staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- HVAC installs required for this role
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
- Pool maintenance experience preferred; CPO certification a plus
- Ability to participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and vendors
- Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly in all weather conditions
