Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the pleasing appearance and proper physical operation of the property. They perform a wide variety of maintenance, supervisory, and administrative tasks as required. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and paid time-off.
What You Will Do
Handle all aspects of maintenance for the community, supervise a staff, monitor and direct scheduling of all maintenance personnel and vendors, track inventory for repairs and maintenance, and assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4 years of industry experience, and the ability to directly supervise staff. They must be proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance and have HVAC and EPA certifications.
