What You Will Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards, oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment, develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs, analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements, and coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance.

Requirements
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability
- Previous plant production software experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
