Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves insuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers.
What You Will Do
Manages overall maintenance of the community, supervises and trains maintenance team members, and ensures all major repairs are brought to the attention of the Community Manager.

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our 200 unit Senior Community Vintage Hills, located in Reno, NV. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Community Manager.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Nevada applicants hired for a Senior Community must present a Nevada Work Permit/Sherriff's Card
