What You Will Do
Oversee all property maintenance, grounds, and amenities, complete service requests & apartment make-readies, supervise and support maintenance team and vendors, maintain budgets, supplies, and safety standards, deliver excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC background & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities
