Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years prior multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC experience & EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Skilled in general apartment maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
- Ability to take after-hours/on-call responsibilities
- Must provide basic tools and dependable transportation
- Strong communication skills to work with residents, employees, and vendors
- Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions
