Requirements
- Hands-on experience in all facets of building maintenance
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematics, building equipment specifications, operating and service manuals
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in primary language of the property location
- Clear understanding of OSHA standards and requirements
- Ability to take the initiative in performing the required work and offer suggestions and recommendations to problem solving
- Understanding of basic financial concepts of the maintenance department and operating within a budget
- Valid driver's license from the appropriate State
