Role OverviewThis role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Assists and completes work orders, oversees the 'make-ready' process, develops standards for cleanliness and appearance, and maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training
- Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
