Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor position is an integral part of the Maintenance team at Albany Lumber and collaborates with a variety of internal customers. The role involves leading employees to apply Principle Based Management and driving a culture that promotes ownership and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the organization toward excellence in safety, environmental, health, and compliance by identifying and resolving hazards. They will also develop and lead employees to achieve departmental KPI goals and support the annual performance development process.

Requirements
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or military environment
- Experience directly supervising others within a manufacturing, industrial or military environment
- Knowledge of reliability concepts and implementing precision maintenance techniques and lubrication best practices
- Experience in leading efforts in reliability, PMs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
