Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily line maintenance activities, ensuring aircraft are maintained in a safe and airworthy condition, and supporting operational reliability.

Supervise and direct daily line maintenance activities, ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures, provide leadership and oversight to aircraft maintenance technicians, and coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.

Requirements
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining large transport-category aircraft in a Part 121 airline environment
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience
- Experience performing and overseeing aircraft return-to-service activities
- Working knowledge of FAA Regulations Parts 65, 91, and 121
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and make sound decisions under pressure
