The role requires 2+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisor/lead position and involves overseeing daily groundskeeping duties, delegating work orders, and managing supply inventory.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will participate in daily groundskeeping duties, complete work orders, and manage supply inventory. They will also troubleshoot and repair major air conditioning, heating, and appliance failures, and perform other maintenance tasks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisor/lead position, EPA Universal or Type 2 certification, and CPO certification. They will be comfortable with biweekly on-call rotation and have a valid Driver's License.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- EPA Universal or Type 2 certification
- CPO Certification
- A minimum of two years prior apartment Maintenance Supervisor experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Participate in on call rotation
- Rotating weekend grounds, amenity, trash hours
