MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Requirements

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities
• Supervise and manage maintenance personnel
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Approve timecards and assist with scheduling
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
• Maintain organization and inventory of Maintenance Shop
• Perform building maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain outside grounds and prepare building for season changes
• Supervise contractors and ensure safe work practices
• Participate in staff and customer meetings
• Attend Ammonia Training Class yearly
