Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance activities across float line systems, autoclaves, furnaces, cutting tables, and robotics. Ensures uptime and product quality through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in automotive or glass manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of float glass operations and industrial utilities
  • Effective communicator with leadership and organizational strengths
  • Experience in union environments and collective bargaining
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts with consistent attendance
