Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor supports the operational excellence of Bryant Real Estate by overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, managing maintenance staff, and ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready.

Requirements

  • Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Represent the Bryant Real Estate brand to our Property Owners, Vacation Renters, and Third-Party Vendors when they are working on our owner's homes.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance program.
  • Manage unit inspections.
  • Supervises, trains and schedules maintenance activities for maintenance staff.
  • Monitor work progress of each maintenance staff on daily basis.
  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and performance reviews.
  • Evaluate issues with homes as described by tenants, cleaners, or owners.
  • Work to ensure owners' and tenants' needs are met and homes are maintained.
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
