Maintenance Supervisor overseeing maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years in a lead or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot facility systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work independently or in a team
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in office, factory, and stockroom environments
