Job Description
P.B. Bell Property Management Company has a Full-time Maintenance Supervisor position available at Crossings at Windsong, an apartment community located in Prescott Valley. The position is responsible for completing tasks to meet safety and appearance standards, training and managing maintenance staff, and providing customer service.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs
  • At least 3 years of work experience in all areas of apartment maintenance
  • Past supervisory experience required
  • Customer service orientated
  • Complete set of tools
