Job Description
The New Development Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing construction and development, maintaining and enhancing the value of the community, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The role involves ensuring resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently, auditing and protecting community assets, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Property management experience is a plus
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills
Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
