Job Description
The Maintenance Team Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division, identifying maintenance needs, developing workflows, and overseeing staff. The position requires frequent travel, working conditions in a field setting, and the ability to withstand outdoor work and unpredictable weather.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree/training in maintenance, Industrial Arts, Natural Resource Management, Engineering Technology, Mechanics, Land Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of general facilities maintenance experience
  • License as a weed applicator
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, traffic regulations, and proper towing procedures
  • Ability to operate a range of tools and heavy/light construction equipment
  • Strong supervisory skills, including conducting employee performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans
