Job Description
The Great Falls Maintenance Team Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division as part of the Region 4 maintenance team, responsible for identifying maintenance needs, developing workflows, and overseeing maintenance work across various facilities and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree/training in maintenance, Industrial Arts, Natural Resource Management, Engineering Technology, Mechanics, Land Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of general facilities experience
  • Lifting 30-50 pounds is commonly required
  • Ability to work in unpredictable and inclement weather
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of general maintenance and construction practices, including carpentry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, and engine repair
