Job Description
Join our Premier Property Management Team to solve problems and keep residents happy by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. As a Maintenance Technician 2, you will deliver exceptional customer service and quality that is the Goldmark differentiator in making our residents feel at home.

Requirements

  • High School degree, GED or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
  • Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated proficiency and quality of advanced maintenance skills
