Job Description
The Maintenance Technician 3 is a critical member of our team who can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. The role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality that is the Goldmark differentiator in making our residents feel at home.

Requirements

  • Complete assigned Service Requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents
  • Prepare open apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours
  • Complete and document daily building inspections
  • Work on-call evenings, holidays, and weekends on a rotational basis
