Job Description
Maintenance Tech 3 position available at Central Bethany, an established real estate development and property management company. The successful candidate will perform commercial facility repairs, ensure general upkeep, and perform maintenance duties. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11am-7:30pm, with on-call emergency service as required.
Requirements
Valid, current driver's license
3-5 years of maintenance experience in residential and/or 1-2 years in commercial
Proficient in using computer software and mobile applications to manage work orders and track preventive maintenance schedules
