Requirements
- High school or technical school diploma/GED
- 2-5 years' Maintenance and Facilities Experience
- Self-motivated and Problem-Solver attitude
- Strong Attention to detail and proactive communicator
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
