Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related experience
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 55lbs, work in enclosed spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
